Michael Guptill‑Bunce is an Asset Manager (Development) with an NZX‑listed large‑format property vehicle, bringing experience in the delivery of complex development and asset enhancement projects across industrial property portfolios.
Michael also has an accomplished professional cricket background, having played for and captained the Auckland Aces, as well as competing and captaining at Premier Men level with Cornwall Cricket Club. His experience in high‑performance sport has shaped a disciplined, team‑focused leadership approach, which he brings to his role as a trustee.
Ian was employed in the distribution industry for 30 years, including over 20 years with Jasco Pty (NZ) Ltd. Ian was the General Manager of Jasco at his retirement in 2018, leading a large, dedicated and successful team. Ian has a very long involvement in cricket administration. Most recently, associated with the Cornwall Cricket Club where he has been the Chair since 2003.
Michael is a partner in the law firm Morrison Mallet. Michael is a highly experienced commercial litigator and heads the firm’s litigation practice.
In addition to his general corporate and commercial experience, Michael has a particular love for Cricket, playing for and captaining the Premier Men.
Patrick is a former Chief Country Officer for Deutsche Bank New Zealand. Patrick has over 20 year’s investment banking experience in Europe, Australia and New Zealand and has held a number of governance and board roles in that time. Patrick is a Chartered Accountant and currently a Director of numerous private companies.
Patrick is a former first-class cricketer who has coached Cornwall junior and Auckland Central District teams.
Chris has 20+ years' experience as a chartered accountant and senior manager. The scope of his management experience encompasses branding and marketing, strategy development, IT, and general management. Chris has extensive restructuring and project management experience.
Chris graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). Later, he earned a Diploma in Teaching and became a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Finance and Investment Professional with the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand Inc.
